The 2017 Annapolis Film Festival will feature over 70 films! Don’t miss out on all the cinematic fun!
From March 30 to April 2, the Annapolis Film Festival will bring over 70 films with over 100 filmmakers across five screening venues. Needless to say, if you’re a movie buff, this event should not be missed!
The Festival kicks off Friday night, starting with the opening film LBJ, by actor turned director Rob Reiner. The film captures LBJ’s life from his young days in Texas to his time in the White House.
Anyone planning to attend the opening night is advised to arrive early; seating is general admission and on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have an All Access Pass, you have to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the doors open.
Film lovers can buy a General Pass for $125 which includes: Unlimited access to all 70 films and six panels throughout the entire festival, entry into Opening Night, the Opening Night After Party and the Best of the Fest on Sunday.
Day passes can be purchased for $50 which allow entry into as many films as you can cram into one day. If you only want to see select films, you can purcase individual tickets for only $12.50. You can find these tickets here!
The after party will take place from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday night at the Annapolis Boys & Girls Club and will feature a tribute to Civil Rights leaders. Other activities throughout the weekend will include tech talks, panel discussions and special showcases!
